Help us locate the issue

Include your app version, Android version, what you were doing, and any error message. For a shared race, friend profile, hosted route, or artwork request, name the feature and the server you selected. Avoid sending raw health records, passwords, Firebase configuration files, or private keys.

Shared data and private servers

Clearing app data removes information from your phone, but does not delete shared records on a Firebase server or copies another person downloaded. If you used a private Firebase or image server, its owner controls that service and may need to handle your request. See the privacy policy for details about data, advertising, and deletion limits.
